About us
Empowering Communities Together

MSA was founded by three siblings as a tribute and legacy in honour of their late beloved father, Mohammed Shahabul Ambia, who passed away in September 2022. The initials M, S, and A represent both their father’s name and the first names of the three siblings, carrying forward his values and dedication to the community.
At MSA, we are passionate to champion empowerment, self-expression and confidence for ethnically diverse communities through engaging activities in:

Empowerment
Our tailored programs equip global majority communities, marginalised and hard-to-reach communities with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with strength and independence. By developing key skills in employability, leadership, and personal growth, we empower participants to take control of their futures and thrive in an integrated community.

Self-Expression
Through our programs, children, young people, and adults engage in activities that enhance communication skills and build confidence. Our interactive workshops empower participants from diverse backgrounds to express themselves through group discussions, public speaking, and creative projects, fostering self-expression and leadership.

Confidence
We create a supportive space where children, young people, and adults can build self-belief and resilience. Through engaging activities in sports, arts and culture, participants develop the confidence to tackle challenges, communicate effectively, and unlock their full potential.
