MSA was founded by three siblings as a tribute and legacy in honour of their late beloved father, Mohammed Shahabul Ambia, who passed away in September 2022. The initials M, S, and A represent both their father’s name and the first names of the three siblings, carrying forward his values and dedication to the community.
MSA embodies the enduring legacy of their father, whose life was a testament to the power of kindness, generosity, and empowerment. He dedicated his life to uplifting those around him — empowering women, spreading knowledge and wisdom, and always giving back to the community. His unwavering support for his children, the community around him, anyone in need and commitment to nurturing the personal development and success of young people reflect the core values that shape MSA today. We carry forward this spirit by creating opportunities for growth, resilience, and self-expression, ensuring that his legacy of compassion and empowerment continues to inspire future generations.
At MSA, we are passionate to champion empowerment, self-expression and confidence for ethnically diverse communities through engaging activities in art, sports, culture, literacy and personal development.
We are dedicated to building confidence in adults in the community, particularly women, and supporting them in navigating employability and life’s challenges, especially those facing social, economic, and mental health challenges. Through tailored programs, we empower community members to develop essential skills, build resilience, integrate communities and unlock new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Through a diverse range of extracurricular activities, we also aim to inspire children and young people to develop a love for creative expression and communication while becoming advocates for self-confidence and leadership. We nurture creativity and confidence, helping young people to find their voice and thrive in all aspects of life.
